Middle-aged man with glasses outdoors in fall.

I’ve always taken big risks. Many of them brought me extraordinary joy. Some brought terrible pain, or confusion, or heartbreak. Looking back, I definitely wouldn't elect to go through , I definitely wouldn’t give them back. They taught me things about being human I could  not have learned any other way."

I’ve been a writer, creative director, broadcaster, speaker, and for the past six years, a coach.

I’ve worked with artists and executives, entrepreneurs and politicians, business people and philanthropists, and they’ve all had one thing in common—each of them was working to find their way through a period of profound doubt, hurt, or change. I was able to help because I know from my own experience how painful and confusing those moments can be.  I also know how quickly we can turn against ourselves when they happen. As a coach, I work to be the person I needed in those moments...but so rarely found.
